What You'll Do
• Develop & Optimize Websites: Build, launch, and refine visually compelling and performance-driven websites using Webflow, Shopify, Sweed or similar platforms
• Lead CRO Initiatives: Design and execute strategies—A/B tests, heatmaps, user behavior tracking—to boost user engagement and conversion across funnels.
• Collaborate with Creative & Marketing Teams: Work closely with designers, copywriters, brand strategists, and the Ops team to align site UX/UI with brand and campaign objectives.
• Analyze & Iterate: Continuously measure site performance (traffic, conversion rates, drop-offs), extract insights, and implement improvements to exceed client goals.
• Maintain High Performance Standards: Ensure websites are responsive, fast-loading, SEO-optimized, and accessible across devices and platforms.
• Serve the Startup Mindset: Bring agility, creative problem-solving, and a data-driven mindset to deliver impactful digital experiences for early-stage and scaling brands.
About You
• Proven experience as a web developer (3+ years preferred), with a strong portfolio of website builds and optimizations.
• Solid foundation in front-end coding: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript—and ideally, Webflow and WordPress expertise.
• Hands-on experience with CRO tools: Google Optimize, VWO, Optimizely, Hotjar, or similar. You understand analytics and how to move metrics.
• Comfortable interpreting user behavior metrics and translating them into actionable improvements.
• Adaptable—thrives in a fast-paced, agile environment where every project matters. Startup sensibility is key.
• Excellent communicator: adept at working across creative, strategic, and operational teams.
• Bonus if you’re familiar with SEO best practices, page speed optimization, and responsive design.
