Role description
This is a chance to take full ownership of how products perform online — across both branded websites and marketplaces.
You’ll be joining a fast-growing eCommerce business with over £75m in revenue, known for product-first thinking and a strong track record on Amazon. With 15+ product launches planned this year, they’re investing more into their owned sites — and that’s where you come in.
The role
You’ll lead all front-end merchandising activity — making sure products are easy to find, pages are built to convert, and launches are set up for success. You’ll work closely with design, marketing and CX, and report into a manager who gives you space to get on with it.
This includes:
• Optimising product listings, layout, SEO and content
• Leading A/B testing and CRO improvements
• Running site-wide promotions and campaign setups
• Briefing in assets and working with in-house teams
• Using tools like GA, Hotjar and Crazy Egg to monitor performance
• Supporting new marketplace and D2C launches
What they’re looking for
• 3+ years in merchandising or eCommerce (website or marketplace)
• Confident with SEO, UX, CRO and site content
• Good understanding of how to use data to improve performance
• Experience working in a product-based company — ideally electronics, home or FMCG
• Someone who’s proactive, hands-on, and used to working in a fast-paced team
Why it’s worth applying
• You’ll have full ownership — no red tape or layers of sign-off
• You’ll be working across 3 growing brands, helping shape how 15+ new products launch this year
• The team is international, collaborative, and scaling fast
• You’ll be trusted to get on with it and backed by a strong CX and product team
If that sounds like a good fit, apply here or send your CV to kristine@pooleandpartners.com
Please note: this is an office-based role in London. We’re only able to consider candidates who already have the right to work in the UK.
