About the Role Anna Beck Designs is seeking a dynamic, organized, and experienced Wholesale Sales / Admin Manager to lead and grow our wholesale channel while overseeing daily operations. Working directly with the founder, this is a highly collaborative, hands-on role for someone who wants to help scale a mission-driven luxury brand with heart. This role is perfect for someone who fits in our company culture, thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment, can manage the full spectrum of wholesale and operations, from strategic growth to day-to-day execution. Key Responsibilities: Account Management • Maintain and grow relationships with existing wholesale accounts • Onboard new accounts and drive growth through outreach and follow-ups • Serve as the main point of contact for all wholesale partners Platform Oversight (Faire, Shopify, AIMS & Others) • Manage our Faire wholesale platform: listings, promotions, campaigns, customer engagement • Explore and evaluate new B2B platforms to expand reach Sales Strategy & Execution • Develop and implement sales plans to achieve monthly and annual goals • Analyze and report sales data to track performance and identify growth opportunities • Reporting that supports inventory forecasting, assess stock turnover rates, and ensure proactive reorder processes to maintain optimal inventory levels. • Manage trunk shows, trade shows, and special events Customer Service & Support • Handle returns, exchanges, and repairs efficiently • Manage special orders and custom requests • Provide exceptional service and support to all wholesale clients, including ‘white glove’ support to our VIP customers • Reporting top sellers to customers Inventory & Logistics • Oversee product availability and inventory transfers • Coordinate with warehouse/operations to fulfill orders accurately and on time • Generate reports through AIMS to analyze trends, manage open orders, and track account performance • Communicate with design and production on lead times and custom requests Sales Materials & Communication • Maintain and update all sales tools: line sheets, lookbooks, pricing lists • Communicate product info, availability, and updates to accounts in a timely and professional manner • Work closely with marketing and design to ensure brand consistency and alignment • Communication that ensures smooth flow of information between sales, production, and finance teams Ideal Candidate ·      You love managing relationships as much as digging into backend systems ·      Confident with AIMS / ERP platforms and can help refine internal workflow ·      Energized by researching and finding new stores and nurturing long-term partnerships ·      Has experience working directly with the company founder ·      Thrive on structure and efficiency, who keeps things running smoothly behind the scenes ·      Self-motivated and able to take charge, loves a challenge ·      You want to work with a team that values craftsmanship, collaboration, and intention Qualifications: • 3+ years in wholesale sales, preferably in fashion, jewelry, or accessories, bonus if experienced in luxury brands and working with high end clients • Proficient in wholesale platforms like Faire, Shopify, etc. • Proficient in ERP systems; AIMS experience is a plus • Proficient in Google Sheets / Microsoft Excel • Detail-oriented and organized with strong follow-through • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Ability to work independently, collaboratively, and manage multiple priorities • Experience with inventory systems and order management tools • Passion for beautiful design and supporting independent retailers Compensation & Benefits: • Salary + Sales based commission incentives • Medical Insurance • 401k Plan Participation • Paid time off • Employee discount • Opportunities for travel to trade shows or store visits • Opportunity to grow into a senior leadership role • Join a values-driven, collaborative team with room to innovate To Apply: Please send your resume and a brief cover note to jobs@annabeck.com with the subject line: Wholesale Sales / Admin Manager Application – Anna Beck Designs.
