We’re looking for a highly creative and trend driven Fashion Designer who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. You’ll be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and developing fresh collections aligned with market trends, customer demands, and brand identity. Key Responsibilities: • Design and develop trend-driven apparel collections for our e-commerce platform across multiple categories. • Conduct seasonal and weekly trend research, identifying key silhouettes, colors, prints, and details. • Create CADs, technical sketches, and detailed design packages for production. • Collaborate closely with buying, merchandising, and production teams to ensure cohesive and timely product drops. • Work within tight deadlines to respond to emerging trends and viral moments with quick design turnarounds. • Analyze sales data and customer feedback to guide future designs and optimize best-sellers. • Maintain awareness of competitor activity and global fashion market movements. Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design or related field. • 2+ years of design experience in fast fashion, ideally within an e-commerce environment. • Strong knowledge of garment construction, fabrics, and trims. • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (especially Illustrator and Photoshop) • Excellent sense of trend forecasting, styling, and fashion culture. • Ability to manage multiple design projects simultaneously under tight deadlines. • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and a strong communicator. • Passionate about fast fashion, social media trends, and customer-focused design.
