#155221-1 Job Title: Worldwide Consumer Engagement Lead - RETAIL Location: 100% remote - PST HOURS Duration: Through 6/30/26 Rate: $83-$86/ hour As the Worldwide Consumer Engagement Lead, you will play a pivotal role in transforming how our client partners with global retailers—including Best Buy, Amazon, Walmart, Currys, JB Hi-Fi, and JD.com—to drive consumer engagement and sales across the Devices & Creativity portfolio. This organization is responsible for leading global social commerce initiatives, retail media network strategies, and influencer marketing programs. You will serve as a thought leader in social strategy and retail media, guiding regional teams across the Americas, EMEA, and Asia to elevate campaign execution and platform optimization. Your expertise will help shape the future of consumer engagement through innovative, data-driven, and culturally relevant marketing strategies. Key Responsibilities Strategic Leadership • Lead global workstreams that align first-party and third-party social strategies (e.g., @Windows and @Walmart). • Develop and evolve programs that accelerate retail partner social strategies, achieving cost efficiencies and global content alignment. Campaign & Content Strategy • Consult with Channel Marketing Managers across Devices & Creativity LOBs to optimize social content and channel strategy for key marketing moments. • Create social inputs for executive-level meetings with global retail partners. Playbook Development & Enablement • Maintain and evolve the Social Commerce Playbook and Global Influencer Strategy Playbook to guide regional execution and best practices. Retail Media Network Innovation • Partner with regional leaders to shape and activate Retail Media Network strategies aligned with our client's consumer priorities. • Pilot and scale innovations across key partners, focusing on personalization, co-branding, and performance metrics. Global Collaboration • Facilitate cross-regional collaboration to share best practices and accelerate retail marketing maturity. • Support global campaign orchestration across owned social teams, media teams, and retail partners. Required Qualifications • 10–15 years in Social Strategy, Content Strategy, Influencer Strategy, and Integrated Marketing Campaigns (platform, brand, or agency experience). • 5+ years in partner, digital, or eCommerce marketing. • 3+ years in large, complex organizations with global scope. Education • Bachelor’s degree (required). Industry Exposure • Experience with Consumer Electronics (e.g., Apple, Dell, Lenovo, Samsung), Silicon (e.g., Intel, AMD), Retail brands (e.g., Best Buy, Amazon), or Social Media platforms (e.g., Meta, TikTok, YouTube). Global Perspective • Demonstrated success in managing cross-cultural dynamics and global projects. Preferred Qualifications • Experience on brand strategy or media teams. • Hands-on experience with creator/influencer strategy and retail media networks. • Familiarity with hyper-local platforms in Asia (e.g., Douyin, Red Book, WeChat, LINE). • Existing platform-side connections and a strong understanding of platform capabilities. • Passion for emerging trends in social commerce and decentralized platforms.
