To further grow our E-Commerce business in UK, we are looking for an experienced and ambitious Digital Sales Executive. Please check required experience before applying.Job purposeThis role focusses on supporting the UK Amazon account manager across Lotus Bakeries brands.Within this role β€’ Reporting to the UK Amazon Account Manager, you will work alongside the rest of the wider ecommerce teams to set up and manage our catalogue, relationships and activation activities on Amazon across all Lotus Bakeries Brands in UK:o Biscoffo Nakdo JB's TREKo BEARo Kiddyliciouso Peter’s Yard β€’ You will proactively manage our catalogue on Amazon to optimize for SEO. β€’ You support and contribute to the optimization of our Amazon account end-to-end, from supply chain to customer relationships.Key result areas β€’ Manage overall Amazon account performance to achieve sales targets and other KPI’s in alignment with the Amazon Account Manager UK. β€’ Work alongside the team to drive excellent brand visibility on the digital shelf of Amazon (Hero images, perfect product titles, content, …) β€’ Ensure the account runs as smoothly as possible day-to-day, managing cases in Vendor Central and working collaboratively with the Vendor Managers and other Amazon employees where needed β€’ Support on the alignment of accurate KPI reporting across the UK brands, both from Vendor Central EPOS and internal financial sources β€’ Effectively and proactively communicate and align with all stakeholders around opportunities, challenges and performance.Your profile β€’ Educated to degree level. β€’ Commercial mindset. β€’ Strong communicator and team player with partners, line managers and the team. β€’ Entrepreneurial spirit: gets energy from creating new opportunities, looking for new and different inroads. β€’ Ability to take strong ownership within this new role. β€’ Can work independently in a flexible way and willing to go the extra mile.Experience β€’ 1-2 years+ experience in e-commerce, sales or digital marketing within FMCG β€’ Previous experience on Amazon desirablePersonal competences β€’ Enthusiastic about e-commerce and the Lotus brands β€’ Have a learning mindset to adapt to Amazon’s rapid evolving retail, media and operational environment. β€’ Track record in positive relationship management both internally and externally. β€’ Cross-functional worker, able to collaborate across supply chain, finance and marketing teams to drive the account.Our offer β€’ An exciting and challenging job in an international company within a dynamic team and pleasant, flexible, working environment. β€’ Opportunities to further grow in an international company. β€’ A function allowing independence and responsibility. β€’ A competitive salary with an extensive package of fringe benefits.This is a full-time role, based primarily in St Albans (must be commutable).
