Role description
We are seeking a strategic and hands-on 3PL Sales Director to lead our US market entry and drive growth in the bulky goods fulfillment sector (e.g., furniture, fitness equipment, appliances). This role will build and manage a high-performing sales team while leveraging our established infrastructure to deliver cost-effective, end-to-end logistics solutions for e-commerce brands and retailers.
Key Responsibilities
• Enterprise Sales Leadership: Target mid-to-large e-commerce brands, wholesalers, and DTC retailers to promote our fulfillment and logistics solutions.
• Solution Selling: Highlight our competitive advantages vs. Amazon FBA, including cost savings, ocean freight, warehousing, and last-mile delivery.
• Team Building: Recruit, train, and manage a team of 1099 sales representatives, with a 10% profit pool allocation (10% retained personally).
• Market Expansion: Utilize our network of 15+ US warehouses to capture regional market share.
• Strategic Partnerships: Attend industry trade shows, build C-level relationships, and negotiate custom contracts.
Qualifications
• 5+ years of 3PL sales leadership experience (e.g., FedEx, UPS, or similar logistics providers).
• Proven track record in enterprise logistics sales and warehouse monetization.
