DRMTLGY is a medical-grade skincare company based in Los Angeles. Founded in 2017, DRMTLGY has rapidly grown from a startup to a major player in the direct-to-consumer skincare space. A cornerstone of that growth has been relying on high-performing, direct-response creative that’s helped convert over 4 million consumers.
What you’ll be doing:
As a creative strategist, you’ll be responsible for conceptualizing new creative advertising ideas, writing briefs to be turned into ads, working directly with creators and our in-house video editors, and helping with overall advertising strategy.
Responsibilities:
• Write creative briefs for actors/creators. We’re looking for someone who can write direct-response briefs that help drive conversions, as well as further our brand messaging and awareness.
• Manage creator platforms and find talented creators to help keep our content fresh and diverse.
• Either have experience in video editing or work closely with our in-house editors to produce imaginative iterations of videos.
• Analyze current industry trends across all social media channels: Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, Instagram
• Generate strategic + direct response designed angles, ideas & concepts.
• Work with our analytics team to ensure that we capitalize and iterate on winning creative concepts
Requirements:
• 2+ years experience in related fields (creative advertising/creative strategy/digital marketing/e-commerce or agency - ideally in skincare or beauty industries)
• Experience working in a fast-paced team environment
• Experience working with creative teams
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills required
• Strong passion for marketing is required
• An enthusiastic team player who is also able to work independently with minimal direction
• Proven ability to meet deadlines and work on multiple projects simultaneously
• Highly organized with an acute attention to detail
• Take ownership and pride in delivering excellent work
• Strong copywriting skills
Preferred Experience
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required
• Direct Response Marketing or Copywriting
• Data Analysis for Facebook, Google or TikTok Ads
• UGC content creation on TikTok or other social media platforms
• (Optional) Film Production experience
• (Optional) Novice design experience (Canva, Photoshop, Figma, etc)
