Team Vendor Sales & Success Responsibilities • Close deals with qualified leads from both inbound and outbound channels. • Conduct market research to identify potential clients. • Ensure a seamless transition of new clients to the FashionGo platform. • Own monthly sales targets and monitor relevant sales process metrics. • Respond promptly and professionally to new qualified leads. • Lead initial demos and guide prospects through the trial period to assess platform fit. • Develop a deep understanding of the fashion industry, identify vendor needs, empathize with prospective customers, and use data-driven insights to create value for vendors. • Continuously refine sales strategies and discover new approaches to drive vendor acquisition and engagement. • Maintain the highest level of professionalism at all times. • Continuously learn and discover new sales strategies. • Create action plans to meet company goals and standards. Required Qualifications • BA/BS in a related field. • Minimum of 5+ years of eCommerce experience in B2C and B2B sales. • Proven ability to lead and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. • Strong analytical skills with a data-driven mindset, detail-oriented. • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to collaborate and work effectively within a team. • Demonstrated experience working in a sales environment (Inbound and Outbound Sales). • Exceptional email and telephone communication skills. Preferred Qualifications • Native-level English proficiency with conversational or business-level Korean. • Experience in seller recruitment for an online marketplace, particularly in B2B e-commerce. • Background in working with fashion-related product lines, especially managing multiple manufacturers or recruiting exhibitors for trade shows and industry events. • Understanding of the e-commerce wholesale fashion market. Base pay information is based on market location. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations.
