Role description
We are seeking a driven Sales Professional with a strong background in payments and fintech who thrives on winning new business. This role has responsibility for the full sales cycle from identification to close, with a focus on acquiring new logos and driving revenue growth by selling our clients' full payments technology stack to middle-market and enterprise organizations. The ideal candidate is independent, goal-oriented, and motivated to exceed sales targets in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. What You Will Do: β€’ Identify, qualify, and close high-potential prospects and partners to build and maintain a strong sales pipeline across various industries. β€’ Develop engagement strategies for prospects and collaborate with marketing, business development, product, and other departments to generate a qualified pipeline through cold and warm channels. β€’ Present and pitch our next-generation payment solutions and value-added services to eCommerce and fintech companies. β€’ Serve as a consultative payments strategist, advising companies on optimal payment structures that leverage a wide range of solutions from our clients. β€’ Create and deliver compelling presentations and proposals for C-suite stakeholders, and apply effective negotiation strategies to secure deals. β€’ Act as an expert on our clients' technology stack, guiding new merchants through solutions to address their pain points and answering detailed product questions. β€’ Oversee the entire sales process, drive urgency through action plans, and serve as the main point of contact for both prospects and internal stakeholders. β€’ Maintain a well-organized portfolio, deeply understanding clients' industries, challenges, and specific needs. β€’ Collaborate with other Sales Managers to share best practices, industry insights, and emerging trends. β€’ Provide feedback on local market trends, competitor insights, customer needs, and sales and marketing strategies.
