Role description
We are seeking a driven Sales Professional with a strong background in payments and fintech who thrives on winning new business. This role has responsibility for the full sales cycle from identification to close, with a focus on acquiring new logos and driving revenue growth by selling our clients' full payments technology stack to middle-market and enterprise organizations. The ideal candidate is independent, goal-oriented, and motivated to exceed sales targets in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
What You Will Do:
β’ Identify, qualify, and close high-potential prospects and partners to build and maintain a strong sales pipeline across various industries.
β’ Develop engagement strategies for prospects and collaborate with marketing, business development, product, and other departments to generate a qualified pipeline through cold and warm channels.
β’ Present and pitch our next-generation payment solutions and value-added services to eCommerce and fintech companies.
β’ Serve as a consultative payments strategist, advising companies on optimal payment structures that leverage a wide range of solutions from our clients.
β’ Create and deliver compelling presentations and proposals for C-suite stakeholders, and apply effective negotiation strategies to secure deals.
β’ Act as an expert on our clients' technology stack, guiding new merchants through solutions to address their pain points and answering detailed product questions.
β’ Oversee the entire sales process, drive urgency through action plans, and serve as the main point of contact for both prospects and internal stakeholders.
β’ Maintain a well-organized portfolio, deeply understanding clients' industries, challenges, and specific needs.
β’ Collaborate with other Sales Managers to share best practices, industry insights, and emerging trends.
β’ Provide feedback on local market trends, competitor insights, customer needs, and sales and marketing strategies.
