Role Overview
We are looking for a Marketing Account Manager with fashion or merchandise marketing experience who can bring a fresh, elevated perspective to our brand. This role will be dedicated to marketing a private label children’s clothing brand while working within a marketing agency environment. The Marketing Account Manager will be responsible for planning seasonal campaigns, coordinating product launches, ensuring brand consistency, and collaborating cross-functionally to bring our brand to life across digital, influencer, social, and e-commerce.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead and manage the brand’s seasonal marketing calendar, including product launches, brand campaigns, and promotional events.
• Collaborate with the Founder to define brand vision and collaborate with the VP of Marketing to ensure strategic execution.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for the creative and digital teams regarding the brand’s specific needs.
• Write and oversee creative briefs for photoshoots, social media content, email marketing, and paid ads.
• Ensure campaign deliverables are on-brand, on-time, and aligned with KPIs.
• Collaborate with influencer/PR team to identify relevant partners, build gifting campaigns, and track UGC.
• Coordinate with the e-commerce lead for product uploads, launch readiness, and site merchandising support.
• Analyze campaign performance and contribute to ongoing strategy adjustments.
• Stay up-to-date with trends in children's fashion, lifestyle branding, and emerging social content formats.
Qualifications
• 3–5 years of experience in marketing or brand management, preferably in fashion, children’s goods, or lifestyle brands.
• Strong project management and organizational skills with an emphasis on the ability to coordinate long-term planning for multiple projects and deadlines.
• Experience in fashion/merchandise marketing, photoshoot planning, and digital storytelling.
• Excellent communication and copywriting skills, with a sharp eye for detail and aesthetics.
• Experience working with cross-functional creative and digital teams.
• Preferred knowledge of Shopify, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest, Meta Ads, and influencer campaign tools (AspireIQ, LTK, etc.).
