Role description
About the Role:We are looking for a seasoned Account Manager with strong agency experience, exceptional project management skills, and proven success in digital, social, and D2C marketing. In this role, you will manage high-profile campaigns from concept to completion, working closely with internal teams, senior leadership, and external partners to deliver world-class marketing execution. Key Responsibilities: Partner with agencies or manage agency relationships, ensuring alignment and quality of deliverables. Take incoming creative briefs, refine them, and develop your own briefs for campaigns. Drive the status of multiple internal and external projects, ensuring clear communication at all stages. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Creative, Production, Finance, etc.) to ensure smooth execution. Use project management tools such as Monday.com or Workfront to manage timelines, budgets, and resources. Communicate project updates, strategies, and results to VP-level and senior executives. Oversee budgets and maintain strict adherence to project timelines. Lead end-to-end campaigns for digital, social, and eCommerce initiatives, delivering measurable results. Qualifications: 7+ years of experience in marketing, advertising, or program management. Strong agency background – either working at an agency or managing one. Proven track record in digital, social, and D2C marketing. Expertise in end-to-end campaign management, from strategy through execution. Skilled in budget and timeline management. Exceptional organizational, communication, and presentation skills. Proficiency in project management tools (Monday.com, Workfront, Asana, or similar). Preferred: Experience in global consumer brand campaigns. Understanding of competitive market trends and innovative marketing approaches.
