About the Role We’re looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Account Manager who loves building relationships and thrives in a fast-paced digital environment. In this role, you’ll own the day-to-day operations of affiliate programs for a diverse portfolio of e-commerce brands. This is an exciting opportunity to: • Work with an experienced team at the forefront of affiliate, social, and content-driven commerce. • Develop hands-on expertise in managing programs that directly impact client growth. • Shape strategies, deliver insights, and see your work translate into measurable results. If you have 1–2 years of affiliate marketing experience, strong communication skills, and a passion for helping brands grow—this could be your next big step. (Experience with TikTok Shop is a bonus, but not required.) What You’ll Do • Be the Client Partner: Build trusted relationships with clients by understanding their goals, leading regular calls, sharing insights, and providing proactive recommendations that move the needle. • Turn Data into Action: Create weekly and bi-weekly reports, dive into affiliate network platforms (Impact, Rakuten, Partnerize, Awin, CJ, TikTok Shop Merchant Center), and turn analytics into actionable strategies. • Execute with Excellence: Take ownership of tasks, manage deadlines, and collaborate with teammates to deliver on client KPIs. Your ability to prioritize and problem-solve will keep programs running smoothly. • Manage & Grow Programs: Oversee multiple affiliate accounts, balance priorities, and identify opportunities to optimize performance. Support clients and peers with fresh ideas and solutions to challenges.
