We’re looking for a Senior Product Designer to sharpen our design system and lead a small, high-output team. You’ll turn UX plans into clean, development-ready screens that lift sales across product, cart, and checkout. Each responsibility—spanning design, growth, leadership, standards, and continuous improvement—directly boosts revenue, quality, and team speed. Responsibilities: - Build high-fidelity screens and grow our Figma system—from tokens to full components—ready for developers. - Ship UI tests with Marketing, track revenue KPIs, and use Baymard and NN/g insights to guide choices. - Run daily stand-ups and weekly reviews, coach designers, and hand off redlines and Dev Mode specs on time. - Apply WCAG and responsive rules; write specs clear to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. - Use lean and PMBOK methods to cut design debt, control risk, and focus on high-value tasks. Required Skills and Experience: - 7+ years in UI design with a portfolio of e-commerce screens and proven KPI gains. - Expert in Figma design systems, atomic methods, tokens, and WordPress Gutenberg or similar CMS stacks. - Able to turn research and goals into high-converting visuals, applying Baymard and NN/g heuristics. - Strong leader and speaker; runs fast rituals and speaks tech with engineers in an agile setting. - Knows PMBOK stakeholder and risk rules; PMI cert, Baymard Premium, or multi-locale system work is a plus.
