We invite you to learn more about our company by visiting http://www. buspartswarehouse.com FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES The Account Manager will serve as the primary contact for a portfolio of school district and transportation clients, managing daily account activities, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. This role involves building strong relationships, providing tailored solutions, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver excellent service. As BPW expands its e-commerce platform, the Account Manager will also play a key role in shaping customer engagement in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment. Specific Responsibilities include: β€’ Manage and grow customer accounts and serve as the primary point of contact for day-to-day communications β€’ Build strong, lasting relationships with school districts, transportation directors, fleet managers, and procurement teams β€’ Understand client needs and recommend tailored solutions from our wide range of OEM and aftermarket school bus parts β€’ Respond to inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure on-time delivery and satisfaction β€’ Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of orders and on-time delivery β€’ Track account performance, prepare activity reports, and identify growth opportunities β€’ Support adoption of BPW’s digital ordering platform and help clients transition from manual to e-commerce-based ordering PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of sales experience, with a proven track record in both acquiring new customers and growing existing client relationships. Additional/Preferred Experience: β€’ Strong account management, relationship-building, and client satisfaction skills β€’ Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills β€’ Initiative to drive new sales and maintain strong relationships β€’ Experience in preparing reports and coordinating with internal teams. β€’ Proficiency in Salesforce and CRM or ERP systems, (experience with NetSuite is a plus) β€’ Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a high-volume environment β€’ Experience in the automotive or parts industry is a plus EDUCATION Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related field preferred
