• 2+ years account management experience in performance marketing, paid media, or digital advertising
• Proven track record managing and growing client accounts with measurable success

The Role
As an Account Manager at LaP, you’ll be the go-to partner for your clients, leading strategy and execution across their marketing mix. You’ll work closely with our team of media buyers, creative team, and channel specialists to deliver campaigns that perform and relationships that last.
This isn’t a “check the box and send the report” kind of role. You’ll own the work, the results, and the client relationships while balancing high-level strategy with hands-on execution when needed.
What You’ll Do
Client Relationship
• Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with clients
• Act as the main point of contact, keeping clients informed and confident
• Proactively identify opportunities to grow accounts and improve performance
Campaign Management
• Develop and oversee performance marketing strategies tailored to client goals
• Partner with internal teams to launch, manage, and optimize campaigns across paid, influencer, and CRM
• Step in where needed - from writing briefs to troubleshooting Ads Manager - to keep things moving
Reporting & Insights
• Prepare and present clear, data-driven reports highlighting results and opportunities
• Use insights to make strategic recommendations that drive measurable growth
