Role description
Account Coordinator, Affiliate Team Autumn Communications is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Account Coordinator to join our Affiliate team. This role is ideal for someone looking to grow in the affiliate and partnerships space, supporting clients by managing day-to-day program operations, reporting, and partner communications. Account Coordinators serve as the backbone of the team, ensuring deadlines are met, reporting is accurate, and client deliverables are handled with care. Key Responsibilities: β€’ Support account team in the execution and management of affiliate marketing programs across multiple clients. β€’ Assist with onboarding and communication with affiliate partners, publishers, and networks. β€’ Pull affiliate performance reports (weekly, monthly, quarterly), analyzing key metrics such as clicks, conversions, and revenue. β€’ Track campaign performance and maintain up-to-date dashboards, ensuring accuracy across all reporting. β€’ Conduct competitive research to identify new opportunities for client growth within the affiliate space. β€’ Monitor partner placements, share coverage with clients in a timely manner, and ensure deliverables align with client expectations. β€’ Assist with the development of client-facing presentations, campaign recaps, and program strategies. β€’ Take thorough notes during client and partner calls, distributing action items internally and externally. β€’ Handle administrative tasks including scheduling, maintaining files, coordinating product sendouts, and supporting special projects as needed. Skills & Abilities: β€’ Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret affiliate data and performance trends. β€’ Excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skills. β€’ Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; experience with affiliate platforms (Impact, Rakuten, ShareASale, Skimlinks, etc.) is a plus. β€’ Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines. β€’ Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a proactive mindset. β€’ Interest in digital marketing, e-commerce, and the affiliate landscape. Education / Experience: β€’ Bachelor’s degree preferred. β€’ 6 months – 1 year of experience in affiliate marketing, digital marketing, influencer/partnerships, or related internships is a plus. β€’ Familiarity with affiliate networks, tracking links, and publisher communications preferred but not required.
