Summary of role :
As a Lead Affiliate Marketing Specialist, you will take charge of our affiliate marketing strategy, driving growth, optimizing performance, and leading a team of full-time employees and freelancers. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in affiliate marketing, team leadership, and cross-functional collaboration. You will oversee affiliate partnerships, retention strategies, and campaign execution, ensuring seamless coordination with internal teams and external partners to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
Responsibilities:
β’ Affiliate Strategy & Execution β Develop and optimize affiliate marketing strategies to drive growth, enhance retention, and align with business goals.
β’ Team & Partner Management β Lead and mentor a team of affiliate coordinators and freelancers, ensuring smooth collaboration and high performance.
β’ Performance & Optimization β Track KPIs, analyze trends, and generate data-driven insights to refine campaigns and maximize impact.
β’ Industry & Market Trends β Stay ahead of emerging affiliate marketing technologies and leverage tools like SEM Rush, HubSpot, and Front for better decision-making.
β’ Stakeholder Communication β Build and maintain strong affiliate partnerships, ensuring smooth operations, timely resolutions, and revenue growth
Requirements:
β’ Bachelorβs degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Proven leadership experience in affiliate marketing (preferably with e-commerce brands).
β’ Strong strategic mindset with expertise in team management (full-time employees + freelancers).
