Job Description As a Growth Specialist, you will support the commercial success of partner brands across our kitchen network. Your role will focus on analyzing performance, identifying growth opportunities, and executing initiatives that drive sales, order frequency, and customer retention. You’ll collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners to deliver measurable business impact. • Account Support: Manage a portfolio of partner accounts, acting as a key point of contact to support their growth. • Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze partner performance data to uncover trends, opportunities, and risks. • Growth Initiatives: Assist in planning and executing initiatives such as menu optimization, promotions, upselling strategies, and operational improvements. • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, operations, and product teams to ensure smooth rollout and impact of growth plans. • Insights & Reporting: Prepare regular reports and share actionable insights with both internal stakeholders and partners. • Partner Communication: Maintain strong, professional relationships with partners by providing proactive support and recommendations. Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field. • At least 2 years of experience in account management, growth, consulting, or similar performance-driven roles, and experienced handling a large volume of accounts (over 90+). • Previous experience within industries such as F&B, food tech, e-commerce platforms, or marketing agencies is highly desirable. • Strong communications skills in Arabic (mandatory). • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools. • Ability to manage multiple projects with strong attention to detail.
