Role description
Job Description We are looking for a dynamic and strategic Manager of Affiliate & Paid Advertising to help scale performance marketing initiatives across DTC eCommerce and TikTok Shop platforms. This role will be responsible for managing affiliate and influencer partnerships, developing custom creator content for paid media, and driving growth through innovative and scalable marketing strategies. Key Responsibilities • Lead recruitment, onboarding, and management of affiliate partners including influencers, editorial publishers, and traditional affiliates • Develop and execute strategies to expand the affiliate and influencer program, optimizing for brand presence and revenue growth • Create and implement scalable processes for managing affiliate and influencer collaborations, including platform usage, content consistency, and contract management • Oversee creator-generated content for paid media, ensuring assets are aligned with campaign goals and brand standards • Manage influencer relationships, from outreach to contract negotiation, briefing, and deliverables for paid campaigns • Monitor affiliate partner activity to ensure compliance with brand and legal guidelines • Analyze performance data to measure impact, identify optimization opportunities, and share actionable insights regularly with internal stakeholders • Collaborate with teams across Paid Social, Brand, Influencer, and Agency partners to align marketing strategies and content execution • Build and maintain a roster of UGC creators, managing briefing, production, and approvals of performance content • Stay current on industry trends in social commerce, affiliate marketing, and creator content, making proactive adjustments to strategy Qualifications • 3–5 years of experience in affiliate marketing, paid advertising, or influencer marketing • Proven experience scaling affiliate and influencer programs in consumer-focused environments • Proficiency in affiliate/influencer platforms such as Impact, Aspire, TikTok Affiliate, and TikTok Shop • Strong grasp of social media platforms including Instagram, TikTok, and TikTok Shop • Data-driven with an analytical mindset and the ability to interpret and present performance insights • Exceptional organization and project management skills • Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative, team-oriented mindset • Working knowledge of performance marketing strategies and paid media content best practices • Proficiency in Excel; familiarity with video editing is a plus • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment • Ability to work on-site full-time
