Job Title: Affiliate Marketing Specialist/ Manager Location: Bellevue WA 98005 M-Thursday Onsite 6 Month Contract to Perm (Covert Perm at 6 Months) 50HR, $100K Conversion Required Skills & Experience - 2 to 4 years of experience in affiliate or performance marketing (CPG or wellness preferred) - Experience in B2C marketing - Strong project management and organization skills - Clear communicator who’s responsive, proactive, and detail-oriented - Proficient with spreadsheets (Excel, Google Sheets) and affiliate platforms (e.g., Impact, ShareASale) - Comfortable working in a cross-functional, fast-paced environment - Experience supporting inbox management, newsletters, or campaign coordination Job Description Our client is looking for a Associate Affiliate Manager to join their marketing team in Bellevue, Washington to support the day-to-day operations of the client's U.S. affiliate program. This role will work closely with the Business Development Manager to manage partner communications, support top affiliates, and help execute ongoing campaigns. This is a hands-on, operationally focused role for someone highly organized and ready to take ownership of inbox management, campaign setup, and partner support. You will manage the affiliate inbox, respond to partner questions, and route requests as needed and serve as a point of contact for day-to-day partner needs and relationship support. You will work closely with top affiliates to ensure they have what they need to succeed—timely updates, creative assets, and campaign support. You will also help onboard new affiliates by sending materials, assisting with platform setup, and guiding them through launch steps. This role is required to be onsite Monday to Thursday (with Friday being an optional in-office day). This role can go permanent depending on performance and business needs.
