The role: Growth Leader
We’re looking for a high-agency, metrics-obsessed Growth Leader to join our founding GTM team. This is a category-defining position at the heart of our mission to make growth solvable with AI. You will be the driving force behind AI-native transformations at modern B2C companies, working directly with founders, CMOs, analytics leaders, heads of growth, and P&L owners to deliver outcomes that compound.
You will use the AI Growth Brain to identify pain points, clarify goals, and deploy growth systems that actually move metrics. This is a role for someone who loves growth, respects it as a discipline, and wants to re-architect it from the ground up.

What You’ll Do
• Own Strategic Growth Outcomes
• Partner with executive leaders to understand their business, P&L pressures, and real growth bottlenecks. Define clear goals and deliver measurable results using Hilbert’s AI Growth Brain.
• Drive AI-Native Transformations
• Observe and influence the entire lifecycle of the company’s growth stack. From first data inputs to long-term behavior change, you'll embed Hilbert’s AI systems as the foundation of a new, intelligent way of growing.
• Deliver, Document, Share
• Every Growth Leader is expected to deliver significant outcomes and then capture them. You’ll write compelling case studies and post-mortems that become part of Hilbert’s learning flywheel.
• Transform Data into Leverage
• Help clients unify their data across product, marketing, and finance into a system that feeds Hilbert’s models. Improve data quality, labeling, and interpretation to unlock smarter, faster decisions.
• Collaborate with AI Builders
• Work side-by-side with our team of mathematicians, engineers, and product builders to refine agents, surface feature gaps, and help evolve the AI Growth Brain into an unstoppable force.

• You’ve owned or driven growth projects that moved core business metrics in startups, scaleups, or high-growth companies, ideally in B2C.
• You’re fluent in unit economics, conversion paths, retention dynamics, and other growth fundamentals (and you’re excited to tear them apart and rebuild them using AI).
• You’ve worked in consulting, SaaS, product-led orgs, or growth teams and are used to presenting to execs and writing up your wins.
• You have strong mathematical or logical intuition. You don’t shy away from complex models, and you value rigor over hand-wavy storytelling.
