Our CPG client is seeking a freelance Account Manager to join their team 40 hrs/week for the next 6 months. This is primarily a remote role but they prefer candidates local to Cincinnati, OH, NYC, Bentonville, AR or Minneapolis, MN for occasional onsite meetings. The Amazon 3P Account Manager will be responsible for managing and optimizing third-party seller accounts on the Amazon platform. This role involves building strong relationships, analyzing sales performance, and implementing strategies to drive growth in direct-to-consumer sales. Key Responsibilities • Manage and optimize third-party seller accounts on Amazon • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs • Analyze sales data and performance metrics to identify growth opportunities • Implement effective strategies to enhance product visibility and increase sales • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product listings meet Amazon requirements • Monitor competitor activity and stay updated on industry trends • Provide regular reports and insights on account performance to stakeholders Qualifications • 4+ years of experience in account management, preferably within eCommerce or CPG industries • Strong understanding of Amazon 3P selling processes and best practices • Experience in direct-to-consumer sales • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment • Proficient in using tools and software related to eCommerce and account management • Bonus if you've worked with beauty brands In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data.
