Role description
We are looking for an Amazon Catalogue Specialist who is detail-oriented and takes the initiative to join our team remotely. This job is to manage and improve product listings on Amazon to make them more visible, accurate, and compliant, which will lead to more sales and a better experience for customers. Main Duties: Product Listing Management: Make sure that product listings, such as titles, descriptions, bullet points, and images, follow Amazon's rules and SEO best practices. Keyword Research: Do extensive keyword research to make it easier for people to find your products and improve their ranking in Amazon's search results. Catalogue Maintenance: Check the product catalogue on a regular basis to find and fix problems like listing mistakes, suppressions, and policy violations. Compliance Monitoring: Make sure that all product listings follow Amazon's rules and policies, and fix any compliance problems right away. Performance Analysis: Keep an eye on and analyze the metrics for listing performance, and come up with ways to boost sales and conversion rates. Collaboration: Work closely with teams from different departments, such as marketing, inventory management, and customer service, to make sure that the product is represented and the strategy is clear. Requirements: Experience: At least two years of experience managing Amazon catalogues or working in a similar e-commerce role. Technical Skills: Knowledge of and experience with Amazon Seller Central and/or Vendor Central. Analytical Skills: You need to be able to look at data and make smart decisions to improve product listings. Attention to Detail: You need to pay close attention to detail to make sure all of your listings are correct and follow the rules. Communication Skills: You need to be able to write and speak well so that you can work well with others and make content.
