Role description
Digishopgirl Media is a rapidly growing online marketing and e-commerce consultancy that works with many top consumer startups and up-and-coming brands, such as Away Travel, Madison Reed and Blueland. We work with dozens of different consumer brands on Amazon / Walmart / Instacart and are always staying on the top of the latest developments for all online retail and marketing channels. So you are guaranteed to learn a lot and never be bored! We are looking to expand our Amazon marketing and account management team to work with our clients on a daily basis on store setup, merchandising, campaign optimization, reporting, and account growth strategy. We have a very positive and results-oriented work environment and are very good at accommodating flexible location / working hours / family needs / travel for our team members as necessary.
Responsibilities:
- Store setup / Merchandising / Campaign management for Amazon, as well as on Walmart / Instacart and other retail marketing channels
- Successfully multi-task across dozens of projects
- Quickly learn about new industries and advertising platforms in a positive but fast-moving work environment
- Optimizing client's ROI in a transparent and efficient manner
- Successfully interface with third-party vendors and ad platform account management teams to promptly resolve technical and operational issues for our clients
- Weekly and monthly reporting leveraging Amazon / Google Analytics and custom internal tools
- Client management and account strategy development - you will be responsible for both customer retention and customer growth
- Staying on top of recent developments for Amazon and retail media marketing / merchandising
- You are expected to attain and maintain necessary Amazon and Google Analytics certifications
Qualifications :
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 3-5 years' experience in Amazon marketing and online store merchandising
• Google Analytics certification
Preferred qualifications :
• Experience in online marketing and/or store merchandising on other retail media platforms (such as Walmart, Instacart, etc.)
• Experience with Criteo
• Google Ads certification
• We are based in Seattle, but flexible on team members working from home all of the time as long as they are based in the Pacific Northwest area.
