ONIVERSE is looking for a dynamic AMAZON Marketplace Associate Manager to join its headquarters in New York City, NY! Job Title: AMAZON Marketplace Associate Manager Department: E-Commerce Reports to: E-commerce and Digital Director Location: NY Direct Reports: None FLSA: Exempt Annual Salary: $85K USD Responsibilities: Amazon Strategy & Execution • Own and manage the day-to-day operations of the Amazon Seller Central and/or Vendor Central account. • Develop and execute short and long-term strategies to grow revenue, increase profitability, and enhance brand presence on Amazon. • Identify new growth opportunities including assortment curation, promotional calendars, pricing strategies, and marketing opportunities. Product & Content Optimization • Manage the creation, optimization, and maintenance of product listings (titles, bullets, descriptions, images, A+ content, trouble-shooting errors). • Ensure compliance with Amazon’s policies and best practices to maintain listing health and performance. • Collaborate with Creative and Merchandising teams to develop high-converting assets and enhanced brand content. Amazon Advertising & Promotions • Work with agency partner to plan, execute, and optimize Amazon PPC (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, DSP if applicable). • Monitor advertising performance metrics, report on ROI, and adjust strategies based on campaign performance. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align promotions and seasonal campaigns across platforms. Analytics & Reporting • Analyze and report out on sales performance, traffic, conversion rates, customer reviews, and other KPIs • Prepare and present regular performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations. • Stay current on marketplace trends, competitive landscape, and Amazon algorithm updates. Inventory & Operational Management • Work with Global Allocation team to ensure inventory availability as well as maximizing sell thru. • Forecast and reforecast revenue and inventory on a monthly basis to maximize business needs. • Monitor and resolve any issues with logistics, order fulfillment, chargebacks, and returns. • Continuously ensure all products and process adheres to Amazon’s policies, product compliance standards, and listing requirements • Proactively resolve or seek solutions on not only product listing errors but also brands’ accounts [i.e. submitting tickets through Amazon or working with HQ teams] Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, E-Commerce, or related field. • 3+ years of experience managing Amazon Seller Central or Vendor Central, preferably in the fashion or consumer goods industry. • Strong understanding of Amazon SEO, A+ content, PPC advertising, and retail math. • Proficient in data analysis tools (advanced Excel skills, Amazon Brand Analytics, Helium 10, etc.). • Adept in extracting and manipulating data into clear reporting for cross-functional teams • Detail-oriented, highly organized multi-tasker who has sense of urgency and strong problem-solving skills. • Excellent communication, project management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
