Position Overview
The Analyst for Product Project Management manages the execution of the product projects. The Analyst manages new product introductions from sample creation through launch, and ensures all samples comply with the Elsa Peretti (EP) aesthetic and quality standards. The Analyst facilitates sample operations including physical inventories and oversees and properly maintain the βElsa Peretti studioβ which includes archival pieces.
Location: This is a hybrid role based out of our New York, NY office, with a minimum of 4 days per week in the office.
Key Accountabilities
Product Project Management
β’ Manage and facilitate new product sign-off process including project data management in TPM and coordination with cross functional teams to project completion.
β’ Coordinate Quality Assurance inspections and communicate feedback to vendors accordingly.
β’ Create and maintain up-to-date Product Development Timeline Plans and distribute on a monthly basis.
β’ Responsible for all aspects of product sample management including inventory control process and procedures, studio archive cataloging, sample organization, vendor shipments, and invoicing. Conduct physical inventories for high value pieces, serialized samples and stock pieces as directed by Inventory Control.
β’ Track, communicate and process sample invoices for vendor payment in partnership with Accounts Payable.
β’ Coordinate stone requests with Diamond Division and Gems Acquisition teams as needed and follow up on status to ensure timelines are met.
β’ Coordinate communications through Supply Management counterpart to streamline work flow.
β’ Keep well organized timelines; track and follow up on all elements of product development to push each piece to sign off to meet launch timing and update team regularly.
Cross-Functional Communication and Operations
β’ Partner, communicate and drive the team (CM, SM, DP, IP, GAP) to ensure timely sign offs to meet launch and adjust as needed.
β’ Coordinate with Peretti Supply Management counterpart on streamlined vendor communications.
β’ Track, address, and partner with cross-functional teams for all open EP inquires.
β’ Manage E-commerce photography coordination in partnership with Inventory Control, Marketing/ Brand and Creative teams for EP approval, including sample transfers and review of retouched images.
β’ Support all merchandising, product development, and supply management aspects related to Peretti Marketing/Brand assets, including copy reviews.
β’ Coordinate and action PR requests through sample transfers as requested. Ensure timely/proper return to stock of items borrowed to PR and Advertising (locations 717, 732, 743 etc.)
β’ Manage sample and stock shipments for Special Events and New Store Openings as directed.
β’ Manage all aspects of sign off, sample shipment and payment for Peretti High-Value Unique Pieces.
Required Qualifications
β’ Prior Merchandising or Retail experience, preferably in a luxury branded product
β’ Ability to manage and uphold departmental standards and business direction
β’ Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel) with ability to learn new software
β’ Undergraduate College degree
β’ Strong project management skills
β’ Process-oriented
β’ Accurate and attentive to details
β’ Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
β’ Possesses overall aesthetic sensibility
β’ Strong organizational skills

The hiring range for this position ranges from $77,010 - $104,190. The rate of pay offered will be dependent upon candidates' relevant skills and experience.
