Design enterprise-wide solutions to incl specific expertise in platforms (Salesforce, Order management, PIM, etc.) that are integrated w/Commerce solutions. Lead, develop & delivery of Platforms (OMS, SFSC, SMFC, PIM, POS) arch, incl domain models, principles, current-state & target state archs & roadmaps. Integration expert between various platforms & Commerce systems. Create detailed tech arch, design docs & low-level tech specs for devt. Partner w/ext vendor partners to implement solutions. Partner & build trusted relationships w/key stakeholders, Digital Product Owners & Engineers to drive & handle tech planning, solutioning & implementation for large, strategic, complex multi-system projs. Min req incl: Bachelor’s in CS, IT or Eng & 7 yrs of exp w/tech designs, solution & platform arch; 7 yrs of exp w/Digital ecosystem &/or E-Commerce domain (E-Commerce, PIM, Search, Order Management Systems, Loyalty, Digital Marketing); 4 yrs of proven track record in setting & defining arch solutions & designs aligned w/target arch, GraphQL, RESTful API devt, microservices devt, solid understanding of design impacts to performance, security, resiliency & maintainability; 3 yrs of exp as Solutions Architect in Digital/Commerce domain (preferably in Retail); & 3 yrs of exp in supporting large scale E-Commerce implementations w/exp in designing, configuring, developing & maintaining OMS implementations, incl components, agents, services, related interfaces & APIs.
