Specialist Product Manager - up to $115,000 base salary - Hybrid - Temp to Hire R2 are partnered with a leading leisure and lifestyle brand, who are on the lookout for an experience Associate Product Manager to join their team. You will be assisting the product manager across the whole product roadmap, helping to design, execute and report on key digital initiatives across the product base. From a deep understanding of business requirements, you'll develop detailed user stories and deploy these strategically to ramp up product growth. Working alongside creative and operational teams, you will be heavily involved in testing and assurance processes, ensuring that every function meets and exceeds design criteria. With a keen eye for detail, you'll maintain accurate product documentation and release strategies. You'll be comfortable drawing on data dashboards and customer feedback to constantly influence and review strategic decisions.
