We are looking to hire a Brand Marketing Coordinator to join the Brand Marketing team here at AS Beauty! This person will report into the Senior Brand Marketing Manager. They will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day management and execution of influencer and affiliate marketing programs, along with TikTok Shop strategy and campaign support. This person will assist the team in coordinating affiliate initiatives, influencer outreach, logistics and content planning/approvals, and relationship-building activities, including personalized gifting, partnerships, and sponsored content.
This role is 4 days in-office with WFH Fridays.
Responsibilities:
• Support the day-to-day management of influencer and affiliate marketing programs.
• Assist in recruiting, onboarding, and maintaining relationships with affiliate partners and influencers and working with them on a per content/campaign basis including all admin associated with each project.
• Coordinate and manage personalized gifting strategies from inception to completion.
• Track, monitor, and report daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly on influencer and affiliate performance metrics.
• Research and analyze social commerce trends, competitor strategies, and emerging affiliate platforms.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align product merchandising focus and campaign goals.
• Support large-scale brand moments, events, and campaigns through affiliate and influencer activations.
• Handle administrative duties including product orders, invoicing, and campaign tracking.
• Maintain organized product inventory for influencer and affiliate seeding.
• Partner with social media teams to determine monthly promotional product focuses.
• Provide insights and recommendations to optimize affiliate and influencer marketing ROI.
Requirements:
• 1–2 years of experience in communications, public relations, influencer relations, or a related field
• Prior experience or internships in beauty or skincare
• Hands-on experience with affiliate marketing or social commerce platforms (TikTok Shop, Shop My Shelf, Amazon Influencer, etc.)
• Strong time management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and adapt in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
• Deep understanding of current and emerging trends, with the ability to translate them into innovative marketing concepts
• Proactive problem-solver who can anticipate challenges and quickly develop creative solutions
• Excellent presentation, written, and verbal communication skills
• Exceptional attention to detail, with a team-oriented approach, multitasking ability, and creative thinking skills
