Brand Marketing Manager Location: Yonkers, NY (In-Office) Salary Range: $100,000–$125,000 Reports To: CEO & Director of Operations Department: Marketing About Bask & Lather: Bask & Lather is a rapidly growing, family-owned beauty brand known for our effective, scalp-safe hair growth solutions trusted by hundreds of thousands of customers nationwide. We’re scaling across DTC, retail, Amazon, and TikTok Shop and are seeking a Brand Marketing Manager who can elevate our storytelling, drive omnichannel growth, and translate brand strategy into measurable results. Position Summary: We are looking for a strategic and results-driven Brand Marketing Manager to lead our end-to-end brand strategy across DTC, retail, influencer, and community channels. This person will oversee go-to-market planning for all major product launches and campaigns, manage brand creative production, drive consumer insights and competitive analysis, and lead cross-functional collaboration to ensure consistent, high-impact brand execution across all touchpoints. You will play a critical leadership role in shaping our brand voice, increasing market share, and ensuring we remain top-of-mind in the textured haircare space. Key Responsibilities:Strategic Leadership • Own brand strategy development and quarterly marketing calendars across digital, retail, and experiential. • Lead GTM strategy and execution for all product launches, seasonal campaigns, partnerships, and retail promotions. • Use data and insights to inform positioning, messaging, targeting, and campaign strategy. Campaign Execution & Asset Development • Manage integrated 360° brand campaigns from concept to post-mortem across paid, owned, and earned media. • Oversee production of creative assets (photo, video, UGC, packaging, print) across internal and external teams. • Lead creative direction for brand and product photoshoots including casting, location, and usage strategy. Cross-Functional Collaboration • Partner with Paid Media, Retention, Social, and Ops teams to align on priorities, messaging, and timing. • Drive execution for influencer activations, retail marketing, partnerships, and trade shows. • Collaborate with Product, Customer Experience, and E-commerce teams to ensure brand consistency at all touchpoints. Retail & Channel Growth • Own development of retail marketing toolkits, in-store signage, and co-branded activations. • Support B2B and wholesale growth through strategic seeding, event alignment, and sell-through campaigns. Insights & Optimization • Conduct competitive research and trend analysis to refine brand positioning and campaign strategy. • Track campaign performance and KPIs across channels, delivering post-campaign reports and optimizations. • Champion brand consistency and excellence across all consumer-facing assets and activations. Requirements: • Strongly preferred : Experience in the textured haircare sector or adjacent categories. • Experience in omni-channel and retail marketing, • Background in PR, content marketing, or brand partnerships • Management experience or desire to grow into a team lead role • 5–7 years of brand marketing experience, ideally in beauty, wellness, or consumer goods. • Demonstrated success in leading 360° brand campaigns, GTM strategy, creative production, and event marketing. • Experience working with paid media, retention, and creative teams to drive measurable growth. • Strong project management skills and ability to juggle multiple priorities with cross-functional partners. • Deep understanding of multicultural marketing, especially in textured haircare or adjacent categories. • Data-driven mindset and experience tracking campaign ROI and consumer behavior insights. • Proficiency in Google Workspace, Canva, Monday.com (or similar PM tools); familiarity with Klaviyo, Shopify, TikTok, and Amazon is a plus.
