Location: Remote
Type: Internship (Part-Time, 10โ20 hours per week)
Duration: Fall 2025

Founded in 2020, Elite Bricks is a B2B consulting firm innovating in the e-commerce space. Our mission is to help small businesses grow into industry leaders by specializing in streetwear, e-commerce platforms, social media growth, and adapting to industry trends.
As an intern, youโll gain hands-on experience in business development, e-commerce, and consultingโworking on projects that directly support our growth and our clientsโ success.
Responsibilities:
As a Business Development Intern at Elite Bricks, you will:
Identify and pursue new business leads and partnership opportunities
Support the sales cycle by assisting in closing potential clients and expanding our network
Conduct market research on industry trends, competitors, and growth opportunities
Assist in developing and executing community outreach initiatives that support local businesses and elevate brand awareness
Collaborate with the team to design and implement strategic growth campaigns
Provide reporting and insights on lead generation, client acquisition, and business performance
Minimum Requirements:
Currently in college or entering college (all majors welcome; Business, Marketing, or Communications preferred)
Prior experience with e-commerce platforms such as eBay, Amazon, or Shopify
Strong upside if you have experience with sneaker resale platforms like StockX, GOAT, or POIZON
Familiarity with social media platforms and community building
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience managing or growing social media accounts
Interest in streetwear, sneakers, or e-commerce trends
Ability to work independently while meeting deadlines
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
Comfortable with outreach and client-facing communication
