Job Summary We are seeking a strategic and detail-oriented Business Management Specialist to join our growing team. This role plays a key part in managing the performance of both online and offline sales channels, optimizing financial results, and supporting the long-term strategic direction of our U.S. operations. You will be responsible for cross-functional collaboration, financial and operational analysis, and direct communication with HQ in Korea to ensure strategic alignment and business efficiency. This position offers a unique opportunity to drive the growth of a leading beauty and wellness retailer in the dynamic U.S. market. What You’ll Do • Manage revenue and profitability metrics across both online and offline sales channels, providing in-depth analysis and actionable insights to leadership. • Oversee store-level performance by analyzing sales, operational costs, and contribution margin per location, and recommending improvement strategies. • Facilitate clear and timely communication with HQ in Korea, ensuring alignment on operational goals, performance reporting, and strategic initiatives. • Support the establishment and refinement of the company’s mid- to long-term strategic direction, in collaboration with key internal and external stakeholders. • Develop and implement omnichannel strategies that integrate e-commerce, retail operations, and customer experience to maximize overall business performance. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams in finance, marketing, supply chain, and retail operations to monitor business KPIs and enhance overall performance. • Serve as a bilingual liaison (Korean and English) to bridge communication between U.S. and Korean teams, ensuring cultural and operational clarity. • Provide ad hoc reporting and analysis to support executive-level decision-making, including scenario planning and profitability modeling. • Contribute to business planning, budgeting, and financial forecasting processes with an eye toward efficiency, accuracy, and long-term growth. Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field • 5+ years of experience in business planning, financial analysis, or strategic operations; experience in retail or consumer goods is preferred • Strong proficiency in Excel and business intelligence tools; ability to synthesize large data sets into strategic recommendations • Understanding of P&L management, contribution margin analysis, and KPI monitoring for multi-location operations • Proven ability to manage cross-cultural communication and coordinate with global headquarters Preferred Qualifications • Experience in omnichannel strategy planning and performance tracking is a strong plus • Experience in both corporate and retail environments • Bilingual in English and Korean strongly preferred Equal Employment Opportunity Statement CJ Olive Young USA, Inc is an equal opportunity employer committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees.
