Description: The ideal candidate is someone who loves technology and working with people. Interface with the public is a big part of the job, listening and communicating well, making offers to purchase devices at the buy desk, as well as selling devices at the retail desk. Everyone pitches in with listing devices for sale as well as fulfillment as necessary. We are a fast-paced, high-volume electronics franchise store that buys, sells, and trades a wide variety of consumer electronics (phones, tablets, laptops, game systems, cameras, etc). This job position is located in Bellevue, WA. Responsibilities: • Greet and explain our company processes to incoming customers. Build relationships with customers. • Identify and test a wide range of consumer electronics from our customers. • Determine pricing for a wide range of electronics from smartphones, tablets, laptops, game systems, and more through our software, and referencing additional resources provided. • Negotiate pricing with our customers, keeping a professional attitude, demeanor and business acumen. • Close sales and generate intake receipts. • Process, test, and list devices for sale on various e-commerce sites utilizing proprietary software. Requirements: • Must have excellent electronics knowledge and handling of smartphones, tablets, laptops, game systems – e.g. data wiping smartphones, removing iCloud accounts, testing game systems, Windows use, MacOS use, being able to quickly identify, test, and assess a wide variety of consumer electronics while communicating with customers in a fast-paced environment. • Must be a people person, able to befriend, relate, and build relationships with all types of customers. Ability to remain focused in a high volume/fast-paced environment – Ability to adapt from customer to customer, situation to situation • Must be able to type quickly and accurately. Accuracy is paramount as you will be entering in final records of purchase. • Punctual, “get it done” upbeat attitude, team player, professional demeanor. • Must be able to follow protocol and procedures. • Professional appearance. • Must be well spoken (English). • Understanding of popular second-hand online auction sites, and the ability to reference/search completed listings of products quickly. • Sales experience is a plus, but not required. • Bilingual Spanish a plus, but not required. • Must be able to remain on your feet for hours at a time, possibly 8+ hours. Ability to lift 25lb items. Hours: ·        Up to 40 hours available, will work around the right candidate's schedule for part-time work. Shifts available from 9 am to 6 pm Monday-Friday and 10 am to 3 pm Saturdays.
