Our client, a mid-sized lifestyle goods brand, is searching for a CEO/COO to join their team in New York, NY! Responsibilities: • Serve as interim (or full-time) CEO/COO overseeing all day-to-day operations post-acquisition • Deep-dive into existing processes, team structure, financials, vendors, and systems to develop a full understanding of the business • Build and implement a strategy to streamline operations, cut unnecessary costs, and improve profitability • Consolidate vendors and establish efficient, scalable processes across supply chain and logistics • Oversee and support both eCommerce and retail channel performance • Maintain or improve relationships with key wholesale partners and internal team members • Establish strong financial and operational KPIs to measure success • Report directly to ownership and serve as a strategic partner during the first year of ownership Requirements: • 10+ years of executive or operational leadership in CPG, wholesale, or lifestyle goods • Experience managing businesses post-acquisition or in turnaround scenarios • Demonstrated success in vendor consolidation, cost-cutting, and operational efficiency • Familiarity with omnichannel business models (wholesale, eCom, retail) • Previous experience in lifestyle goods categories strongly preferred • Comfortable working independently in ambiguous, fast-changing environments • Must be NYC/NJ based Please submit your resume for consideration.
