Role description
Key Responsibilities
Company-Wide Product Strategy
• Define and evolve the overall product vision and roadmap in alignment with business goals
• Lead the product organization, hiring and mentoring PMs across verticals (payments, rewards, compliance, etc.)
• Drive company-level prioritization across competing initiatives, balancing user needs, compliance requirements, and monetization opportunities
• Partner with executive leadership (CEO, CFO, COO) to shape quarterly OKRs and long-term product strategy
Monetization Strategy & Revenue Growth
• Design and test monetization models (e.g., markups, expiry, promotions, tiered discoute high-yield use cases such as corporate gifting, bundling, and dynamic pricing
• Analyze unit economics across card types, user segments, and campaign performance
• Work with leadership to define revenue targets and own the delivery plan
• Identify new use cases (e.g., corporate gifting, prepaid wallets) and drive commercial validation
Marketing Collaboration & User Acquisition
• Work with growth and marketing teams to explore how gift cards can function as a value-based incentive to drive user action (e.g., onboarding, referrals, promotions)
• Design and execute gifting-driven campaigns: refer-a-friend, seasonal incentives, viral challenges, etc.
• Track CAC, ROI, and gifting-attributed user LTV to optimize funnel effectiveness
Data-Driven Insights & Competitive Positioning
• Own the performance dashboard for gifting: GMV, redemption rate, churn, re-purchase rate, etc.
• Benchmark Snaplii’s gifting model against competitors and emerging industry players
• Identify market white spaces and propose initiatives to capitalize on them
Ideal Candidate Profile
• 5+ years of product management experience, with at least 3 years focused on monetized, consumer-facing mobile applications
• Direct experience in the gift card or loyalty program space (e.g., digital gifting, rewards platforms, branded currency, point-based incentives) is highly preferred
• Deep understanding of consumer psychology and value-seeking behavior (e.g., cashback culture, discount-driven adoption)
• Strong business acumen; confident in defining and executing monetization strategies
• Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally on marketing-driven product campaigns
• Fluent in Mandarin
• Bonus: Experience working with gift card teams or digital incentive programs at major brands (e.g., Walmart, Amazon, Esso), or with merchant partnerships in B2C gifting platforms
• Bonus: Exposure to Web3, tokenized rewards, or blockchain-based consumer applications is also considered a bonus.
• Bonus: Experience in financial institutions or regulated fintech environments is a plus.
