Role: Client Partner Location: New York, NY Type: Full Time Role and Responsibilities: β€’ The Client Partner position is responsible for driving sales and business development strategies and managing client executive relationships β€’ Responsible for the account strategy, revenue, and overall relationship for some of our key clients β€’ Responsible to ensure customer satisfaction and revenue growth β€’ Manage the overall client relationship, but also have delivery oversight to make sure that project deliverables and timelines are being met β€’ Be the β€œtrusted advisor” to the client and provide a mix of strategic, business, and technology advice β€’ Be comfortable in groups and teams and be able to both lead and follow β€’ Collaborate with both practice and delivery teams as well as with technology partners Skills and Experience: β€’ 8+ years of Sales experience β€’ Experience in selling eCommerce, Marketing, and Web technologies β€’ Strong networking and relationship building skills and an ability to source new business β€’ Ability to set expectations with clients and provide status updates, lead QBRs, and proactively resolve issues and roadblocks β€’ Strong written and verbal communication skills along with strong technical skills β€’ Must be organized and have good time management skills, and an ability to manage multiple tasks and track and resolve issues β€’ Must be able to create proposals and bring proactive ideas to the table β€’ Must have driven and determination while being flexible and have the ability to wear multiple hats Working at GSPANN GSPANN is a diverse, prosperous, and rewarding place to work.
