Role description
The Role As a Client Success Manager (CSM) at ShowLabs, you will be the primary client contact throughout the entire project lifecycle—from onboarding and production to delivery, retention, and renewal. This role requires expertise in client relationship management, creative project coordination, data management, and client resolution, ensuring seamless stakeholder collaboration for successful project execution. The ideal candidate has a keen eye for detail, a deep understanding of eCommerce content production workflows, and strong problem-solving skills to manage and resolve client concerns, fostering long-term partnerships effectively. You will work cross-functionally with sales, account management, creative, production, and post-production teams. You will be a key liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure alignment, efficiency, and high-quality content delivery. Role Objectives Client Engagement & Project Management • Serve as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring a seamless experience across all lifecycle stages (onboarding, production, delivery, and renewals). • Collaborate with clients to develop a project charter, production guidelines, and creative guidelines, ensuring alignment on objectives and execution. Oversee forecasting, project budgets, and resource allocation to drive efficiency, maintain profitability, and ensure seamless project delivery. • Act as the client’s advocate, proactively addressing needs and resolving challenges to maintain strong client relationships. Production & Content Oversight • Work closely with internal creative and production teams to ensure content is produced according to client expectations, brand standards, and platform specifications. • Review and critique photo, video, and 3D assets to ensure they uphold creative integrity and technical accuracy. • Ensure on-time and high-quality asset delivery, coordinating between teams to optimize workflow efficiency. Data Management & Process Improvement • Present data templates, production materials, and requirements to clients, ensuring clarity and alignment. • Maintain accurate client and production data in ShowLabs’ systems, ensuring seamless tracking of project progress and deliverables. • Assist in developing, streamlining, and documenting internal processes to improve workflow efficiency and scalability. • Create and maintain a client-centric feedback loop, providing insights to enhance ShowLabs’ service offerings, content quality, and client experience. Industry Research & Best Practices • Conduct ongoing research to stay ahead of industry trends, best practices, and emerging opportunities in eCommerce content. • Proactively suggested innovative content strategies and solutions to enhance client success and product visibility. Qualifications • 4+ years of experience in client-facing account management, project management, or content production management within a brand, creative agency, or studio production environment. • Strong knowledge of eCommerce content production, asset management systems, and digital content workflows. • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to simultaneously manage multiple projects, deadlines, and client expectations. • Exceptional communication & presentation skills—ability to translate creative strategies into actionable client discussions. • Experience working with Google Suite and familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Airtable, Monday, Trello) and CRM tools (Hubspot and or equivalent solutions) • Data Management & Analysis: Proficient in Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel, with expertise in data organization, formulas, pivot tables, conditional formatting, and automation to streamline workflows and enhance decision-making • Familiarity with outdoor apparel, fashion, and consumer product industries. • Proactive problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced, startup-like environment. • Team player mindset—able to work independently while collaborating effectively across teams. • Willingness to work on-site in the studio, collaborating closely with production teams and clients.
