About Swapop We’re rethinking the way people trade value online, and we need a growth hacker who can bring influencers into our journey and help us scale fast. The Opportunity We’re looking for a Co-Founder & Head of Influencer Partnerships to join our founding team (equity based opportunity). This is not just a “marketing” role—it’s a chance to own growth through influencer relationships and build Swapop’s brand by bringing creators on board as advocates, partners, and growth drivers. You don’t need an existing influencer Rolodex. What matters is your ability to find, connect, and persuade influencers—from micro-creators to macro voices—to collaborate with Swapop. You’ll help design creative deals (equity, revenue share, affiliate programs, etc.), manage relationships, and grow a team around this function. What You’ll Do • Research, identify, and qualify influencers across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and beyond. • Craft outreach strategies and pitches that get attention and spark collaboration. • Negotiate creative win–win deals (rev share, affiliate, long-term partnerships). • Build and nurture relationships with influencers who believe in Swapop’s mission. • Work with the founding team to design campaigns that drive viral growth. • Establish KPIs and measure the impact of influencer-driven campaigns. • Recruit and train future team members as we scale the growth engine.
