Role Description
This is a role for a Co-founder partner located in the Los Angeles Area. The Co-founder will
Partner with founder Rahdeera to go from Pre Revenue/ Product to soft launch then launch. Involved in day-to-day tasks including business strategy development and research. The founder is looking for a committed individual who can understand the early grit of a startup and choose to partner up and move the needle with a sense of urgency. Someone who possess skills in taking aligned action, pushing forward, redirecting, try things all for the sake of the company's growth and the mission we are trying to accomplish at STARRAWAY. Whether youβve built a startup before or are ready to bet on this one, we want someone who can complement the vision, fill the gaps, and push us forward with unwavering commitment.
Weβre looking for someone who:
β’ Has founder energy not just ideas or advise, but the drive to execute under pressure
β’ Thrives in fast-paced environments and makes decisive, aligned moves
β’ Brings expertise in at least one core area: tech, marketing, sales, finance, or operations
β’ Has experience (or strong instincts) in hiring, team building, and fundraising
β’ Understands how to find and mobilize the right people at the right time
β’ Moves with urgency, clarity, and purpose taking action
Qualifications
β’ Effective Communication and Interpersonal skills
β’ Strategic thinker with execution power able to shift between big-picture vision and day-to-day operations seamlessly
β’ Strong understanding of lean startup principles and ability to operate with limited resources
β’ Experience in Sales, Marketing/brand growth, Tech or finance
β’ Passionate about the beauty industry and creative storytelling
β’ Existing/willing to build network of technical, creative, or business talent
β’ Strong local network in Los Angeles or willingness to build one quickly (investor relations etc.
