Role description
Overview
This high-visibility position will support Search marketing streams for our Digital Commerce business and will be responsible for executing and optimizing paid search campaigns. You will partner with business stakeholders (marketing & sales), media agencies, and data science teams to design and execute best in class search marketing program, report on key metrics to demonstrate how the channel is driving customer and business value, and help build reporting solutions that help stakeholders understand effectiveness of the channel and what can be done to improve business results to drive growth. Your work will be critical to help improve the value driven through Digital Commerce platforms by growing the business at places where there is tangible value and scaling back in specific pockets to drive efficiency.
Responsibilities
Campaign execution:
β’ Create & execute paid search campaigns across multiple retailer platforms and Pepsico brands
β’ Track to paid search budgets by platform by brand, analyze campaign data to achieve business goals
β’ Optimize campaigns at regular cadence to hit key KPIs
β’ Identify test and learn opportunities and lead test execution
Campaign planning:
β’ Conduct estimation for annual and monthly budgets
β’ Ensure deployment of best practices across all paid search activities
β’ Proactively seek out new opportunities to grow search campaigns via new ad groups, creative testing, landing page optimizations, enhanced automation tests, and keyword expansion
Reporting and optimization:
β’ Present the results to internal stake holders, proactively work with cross-functional teams to build and deliver reporting solutions
β’ Liaise with cross functional teams (Sales, Marketing, DTX, etc.) to build in-depth knowledge of business objectives and product mix to identify growth opportunities on search
β’ Test and measure automation capabilities and include results on a quarterly basis
Compensation and Benefits:
β’ The expected compensation range for this position is between $89,000 - $149,000

β’ Bonus based on performance and eligibility target payout is 10% of annual salary paid out annually

Qualifications
β’ Prior experience with retailer search platforms like Amazon search (AMS), Kroger, or Walmart preferred. Google AdWords experience a plus
β’ Experience with within an agency environment preferred
β’ Expertise with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint is required
β’ 4+ yearsβ experience in running paid search campaigns
β’ Prior experience with CPG companies preferred
