To help with their continued growth they are searching for a Commercial Copywriter with retail / ecommerce / D2C / healthcare experience to join their team. The successful candidate will live and breathe conversion-driven content. This role is perfect for someone who understands that great copy doesn't just sound good, it sells. The role Email Copy • Craft compelling email sequences that nurture leads and drive conversions • Write subject lines that consistently beat industry open rate benchmarks • A/B test copy elements to continuously improve performance metrics Social Media Copy • Write scroll-stopping ad copy for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok • Develop creative concepts that work across multiple ad formats and audiences • Create compelling calls-to-action that drive measurable business results • Adapt messaging for different funnel stages (awareness, consideration, conversion) UX Copy • Write microcopy that guides users seamlessly through conversion funnels • Craft compelling product descriptions, landing page headlines, and button copy • Create error messages, form labels, and instructional copy that enhances user experience • Write onboarding sequences and in-app messaging that drives product adoption The person Skills & Qualities • Revenue-driven mindset: You think in terms of ROI, not just engagement • Data literacy: Comfortable analysing campaign performance and optimising accordingly • Platform expertise: Deep understanding of how copy performs differently across channels • Speed and agility: Ability to produce high-quality copy quickly in a fast-paced environment • Testing mentality: Natural inclination to A/B test and iterate based on results • Brand flexibility: Can adapt tone and style while maintaining commercial effectiveness For much more information, please apply immediately.
