We combine secure data destruction with a passion for giving electronics a second life. Position Summary We are looking for a Computer / eCommerce Technician to join our growing team. This role combines hands-on technical work — refurbishing and testing computers — with the preparation and listing of products for sale on eCommerce platforms such as eBay, Amazon, and via wholesale channels. The ideal candidate will be both technically skilled and detail-oriented, ensuring every product meets our high quality standards before it reaches customers. Key Responsibilities Refurbishment & Quality Control • Diagnose, repair, and refurbish laptops, desktops, and other IT hardware. • Replace and upgrade components (RAM, storage, batteries, screens, etc.). • Test key functionality and reinstall operating systems. • Perform final quality assurance testing on all devices. eCommerce Operations • Accurately photograph refurbished products for online listings. • Write clear, detailed product descriptions. • List products on eCommerce platforms and wholesale channels. • Ensure correct product categorization, pricing, and condition grading. Inventory & Process Management • Maintain accurate inventory records in asset tracking systems. • Identify and report recurring repair issues to improve processes. • Ensure all items are properly cleaned prior to being added to inventory Qualifications • High school diploma or equivalent (technical certifications a plus). • 1–3 years’ experience in PC repair, refurbishing, or IT support. • Familiarity with eCommerce platforms such as eBay, Amazon, or Shopify. • Strong knowledge of computer hardware and operating systems. • Excellent written communication for product descriptions. • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a fast-paced environment.
