What We’ll Call You: Content Producer What We’re Seeking: 5280 Brands is hiring a skilled, self-starting Content Producer to own in-house content creation across our growing portfolio—including established brands like R&R CBD and Summit, as well as three new brand launches on the horizon—a wellness mocktail and performance supplement brand debuting in January 2026, and Orinoco launching in Q2 2026. This is a high-ownership creative role with real influence. You won’t just be producing content—you’ll be shaping how multiple brands show up visually in the world. You’ll lead the creation of product videos, lifestyle photoshoots, UGC edits, campaign assets, email graphics, and more—crafting content that not only looks great, but drives performance across paid media, organic social, email, and website. You’ll work across every stage of the production process—from casting models and scouting locations to shooting, editing, and final delivery. You’ll travel as needed to capture content at brand shoots, influencer events, retail activations, and more—ensuring our visual storytelling feels timely, real, and on-location. You’ll also bring a trend-driven, test-and-learn mindset to the table, helping us stay ahead of what’s working on TikTok, Instagram, and beyond. What You’ll Do: • Own Internal Creative Production: Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of in-house content—from video and photography to graphics and stop motion for our portfolio of brands. You’ll ensure every asset aligns with brand guidelines, campaign strategy, and channel best practices across paid media, email, social (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and more), and web. • Create Content That Performs: Own the full creative production process—from casting models and scouting locations to shooting, editing, and producing high-quality, platform-optimized content. You’ll create product shots, lifestyle imagery, short-form video, GIFs, and animations that perform across paid, organic, and retention channels—bringing concepts to life with speed, intention, and strong visual storytelling. • Edit and Repurpose UGC for Growth: Turn influencer and customer-generated content into high-performing ads and organic social posts. You’ll edit, cut, and reformat UGC to maximize its impact across channels and campaigns. • Design Static Assets Across Brand Touchpoints: Own the creation of graphic design assets for email, print, packaging, and retail—delivering polished, on-brand visuals that support launches, campaigns, and ongoing retention. • Capture Content at Key Brand Moments: Travel as needed to shoot behind-the-scenes footage, product demos, founder interviews, influencer meetups, and retail activations. You’ll turn real-time moments into versatile content assets—from TikToks and Instagram Reels to evergreen brand storytelling pieces that deepen connection and drive engagement. • Build a Scalable Content System: Design and maintain a library of plug-and-play templates for social, email, and ads—helping internal teams move fast while staying on-brand. You’ll help build the engine behind consistent, high-quality creative output. • Run the Production Workflow End-to-End: Manage the full production pipeline—from concepting and storyboarding to editing and delivery. You’ll own timelines, coordinate across teams, and ensure every asset hits the mark. • Stay on the Pulse of Content Trends: Keep up with what’s trending across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and emerging platforms—formats, hooks, editing styles, and cultural moments. You’ll bring timely, platform-native ideas to the table and translate trends into content that feels fresh, relevant, and brand-aligned. • Leverage AI to Create and Launch Trends: Use emerging AI tools—like Runway, Midjourney, ChatGPT, or video/audio generators—to ideate, produce, and iterate on content that cuts through. You’ll experiment with AI to speed up production, unlock new formats, and launch trend-forward concepts that position our brands at the forefront of culture and creativity. • Work Cross-Functionally to Align Strategy: Collaborate with Acquisition, Retention, Creative, and Web teams to ensure assets support performance goals, campaign timelines, and key product launches. Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree or higher required • 5+ years of content creation, photography, videography, or digital production experience required—preferably in e-commerce or DTC environments • Proficiency with creative tools including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere, After Effects), CapCut, Figma, Canva, and AI platforms like Runway or Midjourney • Experience operating DSLR and mirrorless cameras (e.g., Canon, Sony, Nikon), lighting setups, and audio equipment for both studio and on-location shoots • Experience with project management and collaboration tools such as Slack, Notion, and Google Workspace • Strong written, verbal, and visual communication skills required • Ability to travel occasionally for brand events, content shoots, and activations
