Salary Range $56,000 - $70,000 • Job Description Role Summary The Coordinator of Growth Marketing for Display, Video, Audio is responsible for supporting the strategic development, budgeting, execution, and measurement of display campaigns inclusive of branding, retargeting, promotional, site direct partnerships and new channel testing. This individual will also work regularly with cross-functional internal and external stakeholders, including agency partners, Growth Marketing, Category Growth, Project Management, and Creative teams. The Coordinator of Growth Marketing will report into the Specialist of Growth Marketing. Role Description • Creative Requests. Manage submission process for creative asset requests by ensuring timely and complete communication, proactively identifying opportunities to improve outputs and workflows • Accounting. Support finance and payment reconciliation process by managing PO’s, documenting invoices, managing actualizations, and ensuring quality control of team budgets • Campaign Planning & Execution. Support the development and execution of monthly branding and promotion planning workstreams in partnership with agency teams. QA campaign reporting for accuracy, partnering with media vendors, internal analytics to help troubleshoot issues. Help identify campaign optimizations alongside agency partners • Reporting. Proactively report insights and performance against key performance indicators within the display team and across the broader Saks organization, extracting insights to inform future campaigns • Inclusion. Conduct ad-hoc additional responsibilities as required Key Qualifications • Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited four-year college or university (preferably in Marketing, Economics, or Business Management) • Minimum 1-2 years of full-time experience supporting the planning and execution of media campaigns (e.g., display, video, audio), including tracking, planning, and reporting • Ability to leverage Excel on a daily basis • Strong financial business acumen and interpersonal skills • Analytical with a comfort in dealing with numbers, reporting and in-depth analysis • Agency experience preferred Who We Are Saks is a world-renowned luxury ecommerce destination.
