This role is responsible for developing and executing strategies to build and maintain a strong presence in retail locations resulting in increased sales and increased customers.
Responsibilities include, but is not limited, to
β’ Acquire new customers and increase retail sales
β’ Create and implement brand strategies (i.e. positioning, messaging, visual identity)
β’ Develop and execute marketing campaigns across various channels (i.e. digital, social, traditional)
β’ Conduct and utilize market research to understand consumer behavior, preferences and competitive landscapes
β’ Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of strategies and campaigns
β’ Work with other departments to ensure brand consistency and alignment.
β’ Lead digital planning and activations
β’ Manage website, social media and e-commerce
Skills and qualifications
β’ 5+ years of CPG marketing experience
β’ High proficiency in digital marketing
β’ Ability to analyze and interpret market research
β’ Ability to develop innovative and engaging marketing
β’ Ability to manage multiple projects and campaigns
β’ Ability to travel as needed
