β’ Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Master Data Management professional with deep
expertise in Stibo STEP to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for
designing, implementing, and supporting enterprise MDM solutions, ensuring data
consistency, quality, and governance across multiple domains such as product, customer,
and supplier data.
Key Responsibilities:
β’ Design, develop, and implement Stibo STEP MDM solutions to meet business
requirements.
β’ Work with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document data
management requirements.
β’ Configure Stibo STEP workflows, business rules, data models, and integrations with
enterprise systems (ERP, CRM, eCommerce, etc.).
β’ Implement data governance, stewardship, and quality standards within the MDM
framework.
β’ Create and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications,
mappings, and configuration guides.
β’ Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to MDM processes, integrations, and
performance.
β’ Support data migration activities, including data profiling, cleansing, and
transformation.
β’ Collaborate with IT, business, and vendor teams to ensure the successful delivery
of MDM projects.
β’ Provide mentorship and guidance to junior MDM team members.
β’ Stay updated with Stibo STEP enhancements and MDM best practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
β’ Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or
equivalent experience).
β’ 5β15 years of overall IT experience, with significant exposure to Master Data
Management solutions.
β’ Minimum 3β5 years of hands-on experience with Stibo STEP (configuration,
customization, workflows, data modeling).
β’ Strong understanding of MDM concepts β data governance, data quality, hierarchy
management, versioning, and workflows.
β’ Experience with integration technologies (REST/SOAP APIs, ETL tools, message
queues).
β’ Knowledge of relational databases (Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL) and strong
SQL skills.
β’ Familiarity with product information management (PIM) concepts and
implementations.
β’ Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Preferred Skills:
β’ Experience integrating Stibo STEP with ERP (SAP, Oracle) or eCommerce platforms.
β’ Knowledge of cloud-based deployments of Stibo STEP.
β’ Exposure to Java, JavaScript, or Groovy scripting for customizations in Stibo STEP.
