About the Role
Weβre looking for a driven and highly creative Creative Strategist to join our NYC office.
If youβre passionate about storytelling, social media, and direct response advertising, this is your opportunity to work alongside top-tier marketers and creatives producing content for platforms like TikTok, Facebook, and Instagram β helping our clients scale fast.
This is an in-office role in New York City, where youβll collaborate daily with our design, editing, and strategy teams to produce high-performing ad content across multiple industries.
Key Responsibilities
β’ Develop scroll-stopping ad concepts and copy for paid social campaigns
β’ Collaborate closely with designers and editors to produce cohesive, high-converting creative
β’ Analyze ad performance data to inform creative iterations and boost results
β’ Stay ahead of trends in social media, pop culture, and direct response advertising
β’ Understand and adapt to various brand voices, products, and customer personas
β’ Participate in creative brainstorms and contribute fresh, performance-driven ideas
β’ Assist in A/B testing different ad hooks and messaging strategies
Requirements
β’ Bachelorβs degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Media, or related field
β’ Strong copywriting skills and an eye for attention-grabbing social content
β’ Passion for platforms like TikTok and Instagram (bonus if youβve created content yourself)
β’ Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
β’ Previous experience in creative strategy, content creation, or performance marketing (agency or brand side) strongly preferred
β’ Bonus skills: editing tools, media buying, or content creation (professional or personal projects)
