Salary Range: Salary is dependant on experience Company: Adcrate Ltd About Adcrate: Adcrate is a fast-growing, AI-driven performance marketing agency helping eCommerce and digital product brands scale through creative that converts and paid media that performs. We combine data, testing, and bold ideas to drive real growth for our clients. We’re a fully remote team of strategists, video editors, and performance experts spread across the globe - agile, ambitious, and always experimenting. We move fast, stay curious, and genuinely care about doing great work. The Role: We’re hiring a Creative Strategy Researcher to help turn what we see in the market, in ad accounts, and in tools into ideas and experiments that grow Adcrate. You’ll spend your time digging into ad accounts, spotting trends, testing AI tools, running experiments, and pulling out insights Alex Cooper can turn into high-performing pieces of content. Effectively you’ll be shadowing Alex. (Here’s a tweet about this: https://x.com/alexgoughcooper/status/1955252646371090948) All we require is that you’re in DTC, preferably in ads. This is NOT a role for someone who wants to stay in-the-weeds delivering on client accounts. It’s for someone who wants access to LOTS of data and a chance to learn, test and experiment in one of the fastest growing creative agencies in the industry. Perfect for any creative strategists/media buyers/AI nerds. What You’ll Be Doing: 1.Creative & Performance Insights • Review multiple client and competitor ad accounts to spot creative trends, winning formats, and performance patterns. • Break down why certain creatives, offers, or angles are performing, backed by data. 1. Tool & Workflow Testing • Play around with new AI tools • Have fun experimenting to see what’s possible and how they could fit into our work. • Make suggestions on which tools could be rolled out to the Adcrate team or turned into content pieces. 1. Content Fuel • Pull unique insights, examples, and data points Alex can turn into posts, videos, and newsletters. • Provide screenshots, creative examples, and performance proof so content is backed by real-world results. 1. (Optional) Copywriting • If you’ve got the skills, draft first versions of posts or emails based on your research and findings. Skills You’ll Need Must-Have • Strong D2C and performance marketing background — ideally in creative strategy or media buying. • You know how to look at ad performance and explain why something is working. • You can turn messy data into clear, usable insights. • Comfortable with Meta/TikTok Ads Manager, analytics tools, and ad research platforms. • Comfortable and curious with AI tools, and confident using them to research, analyze, or automate. Nice-to-Have • Copywriting skills (especially for helping write X/LinkedIn posts). Team Interaction • Slack: For all communication (gifs & memes are welcomed) • Weekly Calls: We hold weekly check-ins with the creative teams as well as creative trainings twice every week. This is a chance to get the creative juices flowing and keep sharpening the knife. All calls are held between 2pm-6pm GMT on Mondays and Wednesdays. • Yearly retreat: Every year we’ll all fly to somewhere cool, reflect on the year, celebrate progress and play games! • More ideas: As a remote team, we’re always looking for new ways to bring everyone closer. For example, our monthly Games Days, Hobby Channels, Team Challenges and Team Lunches!
