This role is ideal for professionals with 4–8 years of experience who are passionate about storytelling and excited by the potential of generative AI to transform user experiences.
Key Responsibilities
Design and refine creative prompts to guide generative AI in producing personalized, engaging content.
Collaborate with product, engineering, and data science teams to align AI-generated content with user behaviour and recommendation strategies.
Run prompt experiments and iterate based on performance data and user feedback.
Analyse content effectiveness to inform prompt optimization and creative direction.
Stay up to date with the latest GenAI tools, trends, and best practices.
Qualifications
7–8 years of experience in creative writing, content strategy, or prompt engineering, ideally within tech or eCommerce.
Strong portfolio showcasing creative writing and/or AI prompt development.
Hands-on experience with GenAI platforms (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini, LLaMA).
